1. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” -John Quincy Adams. What characteristics or traits in other people either in your chapter or another group would you like to mimic to make you a better leader? Being that we are a leadership development organization, how do you as a leader draw out the best in others to accomplish everyone’s goals? 

2. “Write your best inspirational, funny or memorable quotes here” –Anonymous. Every year the JCI Michigan President gets to pick a theme that follows them from their year as president and beyond. Pick a theme for yourself as if you were the JCI Michigan President. What is the message you would like to spread throughout the state? What would be the goals you would set to make your year as JCI Michigan a success?

2. “Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.” -Walt Disney. As an organization, we are consistently battling trying to retain members and get new members. What are ways that you can contribute to keep this organization around for the next 100 years? What do you think the chapters are doing that are successful at keeping members and attracting new members?
