Here’s our District Directors’ latest batch of Member Spotlights from Around the Mitten.
Alishia Hennigan jumped right into planning for the year as the 2020 President, helping to create motivation for the Cadillac Jaycees. She focused to make sure a Chapter Plan was turned in and reached out to members, via a survey, to find out what the membership was looking for.
This year hasn’t gone as planned, but it hasn’t stopped her from making sure the Chapter Plan doesn’t fall by the wayside. When the Easter Egg Hunt was cancelled, she thought of a coloring contest for kids to participate, virtually. Socials and meetings might not be held in person, but are being held by either Zoom or Facebook Messenger.
Alisha has a big heart, and I look forward in watching her grow as President.
