Tools for Success in 2019: Join Programming VP Beth Plant and the Programming Team for a review of resources available to Jaycee chapters for 2019. Topics covered will include competitions, award submissions and chapter plans and participants will also get the lowdown on some new JCI Michigan initiatives this year!

Kristin is a human resources manager for a global architecture and engineering firm in Dearborn. She has been in her field for more than 10 years and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others.

Membership (Part One): We are the greatest young person’s organization in the world and it’s time everyone knows it! Hit the town with Membership VP Jaymi Dormaier and the Membership Team to hone your elevator pitch and practice your recruitment skills in a real world setting.
JCI The Journey: The Journey is an interactive learning experience where participants contribute to their own transformational path of becoming an active citizen who creates extraordinary impact within their community by finding targeted and sustainable solutions for creating long lasting positive changes in their community and the future world. It is presented by Noelle Nachreiner, who served as the 98th National President for JCI USA in 2018. Noelle is the Communications and Programs Manager for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. She is an alumnus of Michigan State University and resides outside of Indianapolis, Ind. with her husband Ian and rescue dog Hank the Tank. A Jaycee for 14 years, Noelle is currently a member of the Indianapolis and Livonia Jaycees.

Financial Literacy - What to know about student loans: Subsidized or unsubsidized? Private versus government-issued? And the most pressing question: how to pay student loans back? Financial guru Chris Crawford will walk you through the steps of applying for student loans, getting rid of them and all the details in between! Chris is a financial consultant with Fidelity Investments, and has worked in finance since 2011. He has previously covered financial topics like retirement plans and budgeting for JCI Michigan.
