Now that we are entering the last 2 months of the year it is time to start transitioning to the 2021 teams. If you are a 2020 local officer, make sure to be sharing information with your successor for 2021. Smooth transitions will make the process easier for everyone involved. If you will be a 2021 local officer, reach out to the person currently holding the position and ask if you can shadow and help for the remainder of the year.

Yours in Service,
Sarah K. Austin
96th President JCI Michigan
