The purpose of the organization is to build leaders so feeling this way means you are in the right place. While you may not realize it you have some skill that we need. Maybe you have great problem solving skills, or you know how to throw a party or you are comfortable in a room of people you don’t know. These are all skills we can use in this organization. We need problem solvers, we need people that are organized and like to have fun and we need people who are comfortable approaching and talking to people they don’t know. None of those apply to you? No problem! That is why we are here, we can help you to work on areas that you need improvement. This also means you have different skills that we need.
If you find yourself lost always remember you have a skill that we can use no matter how small it may be and that you have a very large network that is here to support you.
